Find yourself on the most exciting historical journey in Panama by taking the Trans-Isthmian Route. Board the train for the one hour ride across the isthmus to the Caribbean port city of Colon, crossing the country from south to north by road, reaching the towns of San Lorenzo and Portobelo and return late afternoon to Panama City.
